Edward P. Link
Edward P. Link has more than 40 years of industrial experience as Engineer, Manager and Consultant. Nearly all of his corporate career assignments were devoted to Quality Engineering and Quality Management assignments at large companies manufacturing copiers, medical products and photographic products. He has extensive experience as a Lead Assessor and has served as a member of Technical Committee TC176 in the development of ISO 9001:2000. As a Quality Consultant with over a decade of experience, he has assisted major companies and corporations through training, development and implementation of quality systems and SPC.
His published manuals gained traction throughout the industry among professionals dedicated to continuous process improvement and seeking to abbreviate lengthy documentation efforts. An Audit of the System, not of the People remains the most desired source for employee pocket guides about quality and environmental-based management systems.
Mr. Link was appointed by the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology to serve in the capacity of Examiner on the 1991 Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
He holds a BS in electrical engineering and an MS in mathematical and applied statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. As a consultant and instructor of ISO 9000 related topics and in statistical process control, he has applied both his education and his experience to guide others through the critical task of continuous process improvement.

Acquired DBA for Quality Pursuit. Developed and sold template Policy, Procedures and Forms for ISO 9000 and QS-9000 eventually AS9100. Quickly evolved into an auditing, consulting and training firm in addition to template publications.
